དབྱངས།  means Vowel. 

There are four vowels in tibetan, which are written below:

ཨི་ ཨུ་ ཨེ་ ཨོ། 

Sentence to learn by heart:  དབྱངས་ཀྱི་བྱ་བ་གསལ་པོ་རུ། །བྱེད་པ་ཨི་ཨུ་ཨེ་ཨོ་བཞི། །
